Guava

Remembering back to 2016 when I had some Stardawg Guava shatter from Cali Kush Farms🔥 man it was so damn good and the terps were insane! Back when shatter was actually nug run and fire as fuck 😮‍💨 Anywho, seeing this stuff instantly took me back to that, as it was the 1st and last time I'd come accross any kind of "guava" strains - so I'll admit my hopes were a bit unreasonably high here due to nostalgia 😅 Upon opening the bag, I got an immediate waft of somw tropical citrusy aroma, very very bright & fruity. The tropical aroma kinda turns into a lemony nose which I must say I'm generally not a fan of. Only personal preference here, but I'm not fan of lemon terps so that did put me off a bit personally. It wasn't anything like the shatter I had, but I mean the genetics arent even the same lol so that was kinda to be excepted. The buds themselves have a great feel to them. Nice and springy, but not too fluffy, almoat perfect structurally. The buds have a bit of tackiness but aren't super sticky. They're lime green & coated with trichs & some nice long orange pistils throughout. The effects for me feel very sativa-leaning, uppity, behind the eyes, focues, euphoric kinda deal, made me talkative as hell last night watching ONE fighting with the boys. Overall, flower is good quality, good cure, effects were killer - I just couldn't love it as much as I wanted to with that lemon in the backround. I'd give this an 8.3/10
